Helping Software Projects Take Off.

There is a moment when a plane is heading down the runway, building momentum to get to the “V1 decision speed”. The V1 speed represents the point in time that the pilot can safely abort the takeoff, should it be required.

With many commercial flights, the callout of “V1” is followed by the call to “Rotate”, an instruction for the pilot to lift the plane from the ground.

When implementing software solutions within an organisation, there is a similar moment where a “Go / No Go” decision is taken before the system is ready to Go Live.
